1. Should I use a SILQ Pillowcase?
The short answer is, yes! SILQ pillowcases feature the world's highest grade long fiber mulberry silk. High quality silk has been shown to be less abrasive to the skin and hair while sleeping. It also is naturally breathable and doesn't draw as much moisture away from the skin as most other fabrics do. You will have an overall better night's sleep, and your skin and hair will thank you. 2. What weight are SILQ Pillowcases?
SILQ pillowcases are made with the finest quality long thread 22 momme 100% mulberry silk.
3. What does momme mean?
Silk Momme is the way that silk fabric is measured. It is a measure of the weight of silk fabric. Higher momme silk such as our 22mm fabric, will normally last longer and be more durable that other cheaper alternatives.
4. How do I wash my SILQ Pillowcases?
You can wash your SILQ Pillowcase in the washing machine. For best results we recommend hand washing, or placing your pillowcase on delicate cycle with cold water.
5. Can I iron my pillowcase?
Yes, always use a cool iron and iron your pillowcase inside out.
6. What sizes are SILQ Pillowcases?
Our pillowcases are made to fit any international standard/queen size pillow (50cm x 70cm). Our envelope style ensures that your pillowcase will stay snug and your skin and hair stay protected throughout the night.

We have free shipping sitewide on US orders over $100.

5. How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
6. Do you offer Exchanges and Returns?
Yes. We are so confident you'll love your pillowcase that we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. Returns and exchange requests must be received within 15 days of initial purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and whether you'd like a return or exchange.
